Any extra charges or hidden charges when i use BP oversea? *not withdrawing cash Besides, any website shows BP currency rate ?

All merchants are required to comply to the standards set by the payment card brands that "Double Swiping" is not allowed." What is cashier swipes at POS first then only card terminal? also consider double swiping?
