A week no login to BIGPAY and login today, suddenly my card is frozen. I think Love letter is coming on the way again. Long time no withdraw, only pay sspn.

did you do something fishy with your card like using creedit card which is not your name to top up bigpay?

I link many card in my account, half is under my name. I have try to link all card under my name but fail since few months ago. BIGPAY is just a rubbish to me since 8jul.

Then there is nothing to worry just provide them what they want then should be fine after that.

what picture you get when card is frozen?

frozen as in you don't get to toggle the Un/Freeze under the CARD tab?

wah they give the feature but don't let people use.

they should amend T&C and include cannot use other people's cards.

what will happen later? refund back balance? banned from re-register bigpay?

he havent shared what's the real reason.

having multiple cards (not current owner) may not be the real reason.

i think the most freekin thing has happened for those who always freeze unfreeze cos the freeze function is only when you find something weird happen on your card usage then only freeze it, since you already freeze it for such a long period, card has been blocked and replacement is on its way

About freeze - feature is there. I use it when I have a few hundred bucks or more inside. for smaller amounts, maybe <200 that I can "afford" to lose, I don't freeze it. reason I freeze is because people here were reporting missing money and unknown midnite withdrawal attempts. thought it was investigated and sorted out later, i just try to avoid the unnecessary hassle lah.

ahhhh i see. i can't comment more IF it was repeated violation. just hope he gets back his money and points (though personally I don't really care about points).

Interesting to know he got banned due to what reason:
Keep freeze and unfreeze the card,
Top up and withdraw
Multiple card or card not under own name

Why need to freeze the card? I never do that. One months no withdraw already. I left 0 inside so no need to wait for their cheque. One card is no under my name.

So I guess the main reason is top up with card not owned by you then withdrawal.
