A big no-no to use KiplePay, at least for now, until they rectify all the technical problems.

We always complain about instability of BigPay app, but this KiplePay is worst than BigPay.

Missing top-ups, mess-up of credit/debit and unresponsiveness of customer service staff are very common in KiplePay. Worse still, they need to take 30 days to process withdrawal. That means after your money is deducted from your KiplePay account, it will only be credited to your bank account 30 days later. This is clearly stated in their T&Cs.

I have deinstalled the app.

yah, luckily i dont do withdrawal laugh.gif pay bill still safe.

kiplepay is not "withdrawal" -friendly with funny T&Cs compared to other wallets.

By right they should deduct RM1 but eventually they didn't lol
Took 39 days since 6 July 2018.
No more withdraw from them...

I tried to pay maxis also failed.

I think BigPay itself is the problem to various online payment issues, i.e. Boost.

IMO Boost and BP pakat to stop fund transfer, Celcom pakat with Tunetalk since long time ago.
You can see the crossed transaction at BP App and "Declined".
