donno why all the fuss... before got BigPay you all spent using other CC what
now BPay came out with FUP, just adapt and accept it lah

managed to top up rm60*8 at 8am plus today, luckily was able to top up as i already exceeded 10k FUP for top up using CC

now wait 1st Aug quota then

same happen to me at 9xx am, after enter otp, bigpay loading till oops top up not finish, but i checked with bank, already charged
so next step use in-app "contact support" and also send an email to bigpaysupport <bigpaysupport@bigpayme.com.my> with screenshot of otp sms

this is 2nd time i experienced this, IIRC 1st time took more than a week to get refund for the missing top up from bigpay

it was credit to bigpay account, i was surprised that they treat it as "refund" instead of top up.

nope it's wasn't deducted, but initially after "refund" bigpoint was still not given for the top up, then i follow up with them to get my points back

i done book airasia flight 3days ago, my 1st try at payment page selected bigpay tab, then pay with bigpay card which saved in bigclick, error occur
so my 2nd try select credit/debit card tab, then pay with bp which saved in bigclick, successful
