Bad luck dude, but at least she straight away say can replace. Some shops, you ask to replace will be like trying to take blood from stone.

I've call Dell's technical support, she ask me to try unplug all the cables, then press power button for 10 second and plug back the power cord and try. Nop, nothing happen! Then, she tell me to change using different power cord like what kianwee bro said. No way, STILL cannot switch on. Damm, she ended up asking for my details to send a replacement for me... sad.gif  My rating for Dell suddenly drop from 10/10 to 5/10! doh.gif

Time to invest in a good Backup UPS. I have a 650 APC running for each of my LCDs.

I did have a AVR... unsure.gif By the way, the last part of serial is 1AWL, REV A04, does that mean I get a S-IPS panel? And 1 more question, how long I need to wait again for the replacement to come? smile.gif

If you're coming from a CRT, LCDs are always brighter. Gotta turn the setting down buddy.

anyhow, wanna ask anyone heard of Panasonic Viera TX 32LX700M lcdtv launched last month, those the guys in ta pana fair in 1-utama last month said its a june model, i didnt see it anywhere plus no SRP for it also... i was wondering anyone got more infos on it, price, availability, final specs, test,  etc..

More infos about Panasonic Viera TX 32LX700M ,

*Will be malaysia 's first 32 incher lcdtv feature a 1080p res support and most likely 1:1 pixel mapping too (if its native res at 1080p, does it have enough pixel of a 32 incher to have native??).. and among others features , htcp, attractive price since its a 32 incher...
native 1366x768 pixels... so it just down scale 1080p ..just like down scaling 1080i... to fit the screen

haih... is it wasted if I buy 22" wide just for normal surfing, gaming, and movies? I am no multitasker and I don't do spreadsheet, photoshopp and programming at the moment.

I ve simulate the 1600x1024 resolution, when I open LYN homepage, yahoo.com, microsoft.com and many other major pages, both horizontal sides has been wasted (sometimes the content of the page is left intended, why most are center oriented)

this makes me think over and over again, will it be waste of money if i buy 22" ? hmm.gif

I don't even do photoshop at all, just used for gaming, movies, internet. Its feel great when watching DVDs in WS, and gaming(those games that support WS that is) in WS will have a different feel. Once you get it, I don't think you will think the way you are now.
