Added on August 24, 2007, 8:38 pmThe plastic stand turned out to be better than I thought. It's plastic but matches the main unit and still manages to look cool with some shinny touch ups laugh.gif

I thought latest drivers for both ATI or nVIDIA support aspect ratio scaling (*without limited to certain GPU only) to get 1:1 mapping (which is to play nonwidescreen resolution with widescreen LCD without streching it! Talked many times already...) if it is not supported by your hardware of LCD. Correct me if I'm wrong. smile.gif

I Remembered There Is A Way To "Hack" Warcraft III To Support Widescreen.. I Got It Running At 1920 x 1200 Last Time.. Basically It Involved Changing Of Values In The Registry.. It Looks Better After Applying The Hack, Mainly Due To The Text Are Not Stretched Anymore, But The Map/Buildings/Characters Are Still Stretched.. However, Warcraft III For Mac Supports Widescreen... Means Nothing Is Stretched.. It Looks So Nice At 1920 x 1200.. smile.gif If Only Warcraft III For Mac Can Play In BS3.. laugh.gif

Rm1.2k will be more than enough to buy most of the 22" LCD in the market already. Whats your main purpose for LCD usage?

22" at 1680x1050 with HDMI input, 5ms response time, build-in SRS TruSurround XT(R) Technology speakers & glossy piano black exterior. Also has composite and S-video. Well done Samsung.

Don think it will be rm1500 bah...too overpriced though...if like that people better get a 24 inch lcd..If samsung really want to competite in 22'inch lcd,it will 1st cut the current 226bw price and increase a few hundred for 226cw and this model.

Anyway, this lcd looks really cool than my 226bw!!!

Well you can always check up on available online pricing, the price range is around rm1.3k to rm1.5k range. This will provide you a rough estimation of the price, else do you think those extra will come as free?

Hi Nemesis, would recommend Samsung 226BW. Don't think there's much difference from other 22" widescreen, but I like the whole design of the monitor, and love it biggrin.gif
