basically for citibank -citigold account ,must have at least 3 products total amount with RM200k. ex: Time Deposit =RM100k, Saving or checking account =RM50k & unit trust =Rm50k, then total up =RM200k.

but in the moment the Citibank debit & atm card cant withdraw with other bank ATM within M'sia, but can withdraw @ outside M'sia with any PLUS, STAR sign ATM. if go to Citibank oversea no charge, but other bank have RM10 charge.

first post in this forum. have experience about a year with this affin bank debit card. doing a long of online shopping with this, including in ebay (with paypal). I have 2 complaint with affinbank miri branch;

1. I cannot cash in after working hours because they keep their cash machine in their bank. so i have to sacrify my lunch time to cash in my money.

2. worse thing i've ever experienced, if you have around rm2000 in your account, and you purchase online item with price around rm900 for example, they will deduct the amount of your purchase, and also they will hold another rm900+/- for 6 days! meaning in 6 days, you only have around RM200 in your account instead of RM1100.

I'm looking for another debit card right now, and thinking about Standard chartered as another option as the have 24 hours cash machine operation.

The StandardChartered debit card is a good bet. I'm using it coz got rebates for petrol and groceries. You need to maintain 1k min balance.

Yup, I just opened one Saadiq$aver-i just yesterday. A few comments though:-

1) Got a free potted flower plant upon opening account - rclxms.gif
2) Already swipe at Tesco, according to the CS, three weeks later will see the 5% rebate
3) Petrol pumping got slight problem (like my Standard Chartered e$aver), if you pump petrol at BHP, the petrol pump will not be able to complete the verification process. I had to pump petrol at Esso instead.
