You can even use 3rd party heatsink as long as you don't leave any traces on the card that can lead them to knowing that you've opened the heatsink.

If reapply other thermal paste they should already know right. Example, the stock thermal paste is white and reapply with AS5 that gray in color.

I've bought multiple graphic cards, replace TIM lar, replace heatsink lar, blow lots of em, sent for RMA, and none of them has been rejected, what say you?

Arlo, i said earlier bought many graphic cards lar, so offcourse from many brands.
And none of them has been rejected while RMA after changing heatsink fan and changing thermal paste.

If you wanna change to 3rd party HSF, sure can, just remember when you wanna RMA, put back the original HSF lah, then send it back to the shop where you bought it.
Put original HSF back on, then the warranty goes on like normal.

Why you guys are so scared of it?
It's not like they have the time to check 100% of the card either you did something to it.

Shawty is right. They wouldn't 100% check what thing that u have done to the GC. Like few months ago, I went to RMA my GC, before that I already reapply a new layer of TIM, but they still do the RMA process for me.

Dah dapat, stick the sticker on the gc board and wallah!

Just remember this thing, do not leave any traces that you've opened the heatsink.
Neither traces on the screw nor the card itself.

Do things slowly, then you'll get the best results.

like that.. just avoid any attempt which direct to RMA..

xfx not crap la.. only the cooler crap, but the good is from review, it can beat galaxy even galaxy has high clock speed than it.

All are losers, none of them can fight with the Colorful 8600GT Ultra Edition. Ngiahaha.

beside that using hair dryer will also remove the sticker very easy....

when heat apply directly to the sticker it will become abit moisture....

this alway happen in my production when they stick wrong label

You misunderstand something, i'm not a colorful graphic card fan, infact, i'm using BFG & ASUS graphic card.

But in term of Price/Performance ratio, the Colorful 8600GT Ultra Edition beats all 8600GT no matter what brand, and it even beat some 8600GTS.

theres 1 that can fight Colorful 8600gt ultra edition,which is Galaxy 8600GE. nge he he he (but very hard to get ler)

lol.. ok ok.. hmm reali no other choice but colourful for 8600GT in quality wise.. but serioulsy.. the design not so nice compare to XFX, MSI and ASUS... yday, i adi decide to get XFX 8600GT XXX but now the heat prob u guy reviewed make my heart ragu-ragu adi... haih
