Dont worry, it should be ok since crysis is fully DX10 developed. Much more optimized than "upgrade" DX10 games.

I also planning to but 20" LCD since the price gap is so little between 19" part.
320MB 8800GTS should be ok if everything max out except little minus on AA/AF. |

Now u already using 7800GS Extreme which performance near to 7900GS. So no point sticking to DX9 card. Nvidia promise to introduce G90 by the end of the year. You should just wait or just buy 8800GTS. If u buy 8800GTX now, I am afraid next "8900GTS" would outperformed 8800GTX with the same price of 8800GTS now.

Whether it is hot or not it is still acceptable range. It wont hurts your card. Unless u oc too much then need aftermarket cooler lor.

Maybe got tick dust in ur gc cooler. Blow them out and u may get idle 60C again.

For air flow need good cable management. My friend need to open case just becoz not satisfy with cable management and air flow.
