All run on 1280x1024 in high setting including AA except.. CnC3..
everage 30+ fps.. maybe i need to check the TIM... Attached thumbnail(s)

why bother without fan? if good hsf silent enough...
it's not like normal nvidia reference cooler which got 'turbo' on 3d mode.. |

what's gpu ur using..
i got 30+ fps in most games @ 1280x1024 in full details.. atleast better than my 7600gt on AA.. |

if we plug out the hsf during the core so hot.. isn't that will ruin the core..

borrow ur friend's psu la.. luckily my 12vē rail ~20A... even 500-550W also the same.. no point changing it for extra 5v, 3.3v..

always 650/2000 n idle : 55C load : 75C oc to 700/2100 still the same.. |

i think it's run slower speed in 2d just report the max speed.. if not sure the temp also high in idle.. |

why don't u use the nvidia control panel?
setting up a new profile.. and load them with a set of rules.. try install ntune if the option is not available.. |
