that's weird. when i was at cameron i can get get signal at quite a lot of place. well not all place with 4g but still can get 3g or H+ at least. maybe on the way up/down road along the way through latar iskandar there many place hardly get any signal.

I also bought the buy 1 free 1 60mins+60sms on the 16 Feb and complain thru live chat wt their cs on 19 Feb. Until now still haven't receive the free pass.

Guy wanna ask, currently im on a webe 79 plan.
My phone didnt support band 5. Got LTE band 1/3/7/8/38/39/40. Mostly my phone camp on 3G. Only certain place got band 38/40.

I find out, one of my friends acc being suspended because exceeds 3G data more than 5GB, even his phone support band 5. Only the problem is LTE coverage in his area very poor. My friend really mad about this.

They change TnC or what?
Last time they said only for NON-LTE phone acc will suspended if using 3G data more than 5GB.

To be honest their online customer service really bad.

I went to Fraser but the coverage is spotty. Somehow managed to get two bars B5. I use CellMapper app to spot good signal accurately. Depends on phone model, my Asus reception is rather weaker than my Samsung.

Got TnC on that meh?
All i can remember for webe line...as long never use on mobile phone will be suspended if detected using on usb modem...router...etc..

Anyway.....the sentence stated...plan optimised for smsrt phone that support band5 and above..

I guess...Unifi aka webe will detect your phone model...if got band 5....go ahead and use even if always lock on band 38 or band 40..

Cannot used the sim after suspended.
Need to do surat akuan sumpah stated that he used 3G data more than 5GB and send to TM, they will unlock back.
But he will terminate and not interested at all to using unifi mobile anymore.

My friend using old webe 79, even TM said last time as long as our phone is LTE capable no problem. Maybe TM already change their mind or just a mistake that my friend acc kena suspended.

I think TM should properly stated, if no band 5 coverage and used 3G data more than 5GB will kena suspended also

Currently my 3G usage about 25GB++ already...oh man.
Very wierd my friend kena like that.

Just gone mine yesterday evening too, for those who still yet to get the pass, probably just give them more time like they said, it will be distribute phase by phase.

My weekly Bebas pass will expire this Saturday, I do hope I will get the bonus on Sunday instead of waiting for next week for it.
