some people being told by TM CS, phone that didnt support band 5 will be suspended if using 3G and exceed the limit.
phone must support band 5.

and im asking TM CS, they said ok if phone didnt support band 5 as long as device is 4G capable such as band 1/3/7..
he said the updated T&C is for the user who using full time 2G/3G mode. example Nokia 3310, Galaxy S3 non-Lte version.

Guy wanna ask, currently im on a webe 79 plan.
My phone didnt support band 5. Got LTE band 1/3/7/8/38/39/40. Mostly my phone camp on 3G. Only certain place got band 38/40.

I find out, one of my friends acc being suspended because exceeds 3G data more than 5GB, even his phone support band 5. Only the problem is LTE coverage in his area very poor. My friend really mad about this.

They change TnC or what?
Last time they said only for NON-LTE phone acc will suspended if using 3G data more than 5GB.

To be honest their online customer service really bad.

Need to do surat akuan sumpah stated that he used 3G data more than 5GB and send to TM, they will unlock back.
But he will terminate and not interested at all to using unifi mobile anymore.

My friend using old webe 79, even TM said last time as long as our phone is LTE capable no problem. Maybe TM already change their mind or just a mistake that my friend acc kena suspended.

I think TM should properly stated, if no band 5 coverage and used 3G data more than 5GB will kena suspended also

Currently my 3G usage about 25GB++ already...oh man.
Very wierd my friend kena like that.
