Just make any outgoing activities (SMS, call, mobile data) every 90 days to keep ur line active. If u making calls everyday then u have no issue worry ur line will be terminated.

Bands 5, 38 & 40. But not all locations. Band 5 is still the most widespread.

Is there difference between the bands? Like the speed and coverage? Which is the best?

Generally the lower the frequency (smaller number Hertz) the better penetration, so Band 5 is more easily seen indoors and at fringe coverage areas. But the higher the frequency, the better throughput. So there is better data performance on Bands 38 and 40.

Signal is good as usually I get 7-8Mbps from bdr sg long but somehow today evening getting unstable connection flying up and down with stable ping...Attached Image

I'm using cellMapper to determine my signal quality in rural area. Which is great on finding a good placement of my phone as hotspot near windows indoor.

today i called up TM CS (100) as check whether got any unifi port available for installation. Upon checking, the staff told me since i stay on in the shop house, they can register me as resident (mean define as biz and minimum package is RM180 for 100MB plan).

the staff ask me go TM point to see whether about to register as resident for cheaper rate. but now all TM point is not open onwkend... mean i need to take leave and go for enquiry and sign up?

wish to know whether can i goto dealer to sign up? and whether i able to get the residential packages?

I am using unfi mobile since early last year. All my sims collected from tmpoint. I don't remember verifying via the mobile app.

Even if need verification via app, shouldn't they give reminder or warning first before terminating?

Have been using for more than 1 year. So far status is still active. And all my simcards were collected from TM point. If I'm not mistaken, they had verified my nric during the collection.

So the app verification is only for those who had their sims delivered to them.

my friend did collect his sim at tmpoint..but im not sure if the staff did not verify his ic that time..to be safe i think all users must at least go to the verify profile tab in the apps and verify mykad..just in case tm want to terminate more users after this
