BTW topup my 60 min + 60 sms yesterday evening, until now the free portion has not been added yet. anyone here did the same topup yesterday?

actually planning to buy a few more 6060 passes, not sure if i shall proceed first or wait for the 1st one to be added

anyone managed to get their free minutes so far?

pls read tnc, the last promo did state that the free pass will ONLY be given after a specific date. and some users didnt get the free pass even after the stated date

me too. bought 60min promo on 15th. according to tnc i should received free pass yesterday but till now just check, no free pass added

Same, purchased on 15th, supposed to get the free one on the 16th (according to FAQ) but nothing till now.

Update on buy 1 free 1 promo.
Just chatted with CS and was told they have system issues and the reward will only be given out on Monday 2pm.

Please update the forum if you have received the free talktime/sms earlier than the above timeline.

i think they need t track it manually since it's system error. i noted that the free data page there's a small promotion logo but not at the call+sms page. so maybe the system was not set up to track the free minutes. just my guess anyway
