QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Aug 10 2018, 09:47 AM) What's your phone model? AFAIK, unifi mobile VoLTE only works on certain brands and models, i.e. most of the Huawei and Samsung flagship devices, even iPhones aren't supported yet. No need to call them to enable, it is activated automatically, just plug and play if the service is available. Guys, why my phone when on VoLTE, I can get HD calls but no internet line? I'm using Huawei y7 prime and in settings enable 4G. Edit: In the settings > more > mobile network, if I turn on VoLTE calls I lose internet connection but still can call/receive calls. QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Aug 10 2018, 05:06 PM) Did the 4G icon become 3G when you receive call? Or go to settings and phone status, check the network type when you receive call to confirm. There's no 4G icon at the top status bar. Only VoLTE icon and when incoming call, call is HD quality This post has been edited by Aspick: Aug 10 2018, 10:07 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(terence_nwb @ Aug 10 2018, 10:34 PM) I should rephrase my sentence, it causes confusion. Argh, this is weird, it's a Huawei phone right? Is there any Huawei user can share their thought? Yup Huawei Y7 Prime. Funny thing is when I disable VoLTE calls. I get back internet connection but no more VoLTE. Can any Huawei users of this model verify having the same issue?

QUOTE(ZeDeedIsDone @ Mar 7 2019, 08:16 PM) I just got the RM0.00 unifi: Stay actively #BEBAS on your line. Make a call, send a text, watch a movie! Continue to use and enjoy the non-expiring credit benefits. This was after using mobile data since mid-Jan (just used it yesterday to keep it valid) Does that mean I haven't resarted the 90 day cycle yet (and it'll become invalid by mid April) or am I just paranoid and the message has no meaning? QUOTE(Ngto @ Mar 7 2019, 08:26 PM) They just want to frighten people to use more data. True. I think they automatically and purposely send the sms to tempt us to use more their services. I received the same sms today even though i had made a call on 1 march.
