guys. if i switch from rm149 to rm139 the new package, how much downtime is required after terminating the old one before the new line is able to use?

Guys,

i have called 100 and checked that i do not have any contract. then i go to agent and check also say no contract.

but when i check in unifi portal, unifi.com.my previously occ.unifi then it says i have 2 more months contract.

i dont remember renewing anything or replace faulty equipments. i checked equipment sticker (modem, router,hypptv). all are year 11,12,13,14

the upgrade from 5mb to 10mb they do it themselves for free.

will i be imposed any fee if i terminate?

i have an upcoming installation soon.

guys this is my current bill. my assumption as below,

from 15-18 will be the pro-rated date, then 19/04 - 18/05 is the advance month payment in this month bill.

then my next bill for next month will be 19/04 - 18/05 ?

can i pay via the unifi portal? or i have to go any physical store to pay? cause the authorized dealer told me to go physical for first payment.

i have previously cancelled a service then subscribed to a new one with the same address.

in unifi portal, i couldnt view the old account number anymore. how do i obtain the cancelled service final bill?
