Reason 1: you cable was cutted accidentally or broken.
Reason 2: your BTU might faulty if 1st gen, 3rd gen is fine.
Reason 3: your house too far from DSLAM and caused by noise line too.

I am using tplink archer c5, the wan and lan port is 1gbps right? So supposed if upgraded to 800mbps I have no issue with Ethernet speed. Hope someone can confirm this.
