That 30 days crap probably TM method to make it harder for subscribers to terminate their subscription. (One month extra $$$ from customer) 
Gotta complain to MCMC and Gobind about it.
Last time termination is easy, just walk into TMPoint, bring IC, thumb print, pay any due amount/penalty = termination done.

Not forgetting these days not all TM Points can do termination. Like seriously?

Anyway, my friend was so grateful that I forced her to do termination yesterday and with that she's going to treat me on this weekend rather than paying another month to TM. Thanks TM for the indirect free meal.

Does anyone know how to know if one is eligible for UniFi turbo upgrade?
I called UniFi help number, they said they will send the email to me but 1 week also I haven't receive the email.

Impossible because TM is pay in advance before using. They will not let you off before you clear your outstanding.

August 1, still no calls, sms, emails... been subscriber for 5 years, don't tell me i am not negligible ?? LOL ( 14 days to go )

hmm but the CS called me and told me I can indeed remove 1 of my Unifi tv package as I have both Ruby Plus and Ultimate , I'm not sure if it is fully trustable or not as on Live CS they told me I can remove now but instead now hv to wait my contract end then only can do so. By the way my contract ends in December and will try to remove by that time. If not succeed, straight complain MCMC.

I was told the same by CS as well but CS can only create a report ID, by the time it reaches the relevant department who handles any modification to your account, I guess that’s where it gets stuck as per my case because they will do the necessary checking.

You’ll have to be really lucky to get someone who doesn’t check anything at all to get one of the pack removed and maintain only Ultimate pack for RYE 2017 special plan.

You just need reboot BTU and Router after received UPGRADES SMS according to TM previous statements. Try shut down up to 30 seconds to 1 minutes before power up.

30Mbps is enough ah? With the advancement of technology, 100Mbps is just nice.

btw speed upgrade starting from klang valley      gonna takes few months for it slowly to move up to pg...

hopefully they would upgrade current 100Mbps user 1st as "no technical issue" occur 

lol i think would be another way round.. current 100Mbps subscriber confirm in ftth area and router should be able to support up to 800Mbps on LAN. So theoretically they do not need to come to your area to upgrade anything. just some setting change from their site. 
lol.. we'll see how.. still too early to judge tm.. mayb they improve this time
