It is possible coz actually this info I got it many days ago, one of the main issue is customer doesn't pay final bill as some customers doesn't pay punctually

Existing customers will get free upgrade from August to December 2018
Recently applied customers only will get free upgrade from jan 2019 onwards

I am using unifi more than 7 years already and I am still waiting too blush.gif

I think TM side will check coz now each call-in/live chat, CS will create a report ID then backend will check it. If nothing problem then TM CS will call back customer to confirm again

I dont think reboot BTU and router only able to increase the speed, if you all got the free upgrade and felt the speed something wrong then need call TM 100 and TM will check for you

Actually the speed upgrade is similar with previously surprise gift but 300/800Mbps TM really able to upgrade?
Many ppls complain to me before even 50Mbps already so many problems how TM give 800Mbps, haha

I think TM customer service will keep getting speed complaint from customers soon

normally FTTH customers have no problem for upgrade, only VDSL customers need aware of the free upgrade is best effort because of copper condition
