sweat.gif same like free speed upgrade lol,VIP5 free to 10VIP,half price just like 30mb is RM199 now become 139..

199 ---> 139? This ain't half price......

Based on TM lovely method of discounting where one still have to pay full amount even though certain hypptv pack is removed....., one would expect 199/2 = 99.5.....

At least its a confirmation of commitment to reduce price and increase speed by our Government.
What we need is commitment to real reduction in broadband costs instead of allowing TM to just play with numbers.
If this were corporate accounting they'd be hauled up before the Securities Commission.

Good evening everyone. Those who are looking for a new router to replace your ageing router / unifi router for below RM1000, make sure asus blue-cave is your top priority in the list as it scores well in my test.

You can read my review here.

It's been two weeks since I registered for TM Unifi Biz. They were supposed to organise a surveyor to look at our site. Until now, no appointments yet.

What's the best way to expedite the process? I cannot wait for another month cause we're moving office very soon.

is it possible? do they need to come to our house and take back all equipment and re-install a new one?

I'm happy with current hardware.

Assume your contract already ended and want to get 30Mbps for RM139, walk in to any TM Point and demand for it.
You can keep these devices... only speed goes down, possible may be in new contract? Better check with them. smile.gif

Direct TM... are there any hotlines i can call? The person didn't provide me a case number or telephone to follow up. When I asked at the time, they only told me someone will call.

not quite correct; TIME is installing new fibre to each condo unit, at their cost; and now TM also wants to do the same for my condo since they heard TIME is coming in laugh.gif

Thanks all. I got some advice from Time sales agent. he said Time will pull fibre direct from mdf room. then means we can have two line. if like that i already subscride to TIME 300mbps.. Hahaha..but wonder can any router support two line at same time? anyone already do this?

Sure, wonder if they will change my billing date? hmm.gif

Btw, anyone using the free BBC Player and Tonton?
I can't login both, livechat and walk-in TMpoint doesn't help at all. unsure.gif

Got them as well. Decided to just take up the offer since my bill is hitting RM200 a month. Might as well.
