I think it's really sad if a person will use the same modem (default modem from tm) for more than 10 years, lets say I am on streamyx for 10 years, and never will have the chance to change to unifi. SAD

One thing highly noticeable... unifi is so blardy unprepared for this new unifi tv, ultimate, var plus packages rollout.

Its apr5 and the contract still shows hypptv, hypptv everywhere, jumbo, ruby... all defunct terms.

More confusion and arguments in the future, for sure.

Yes, since apr 1.

Jumbo migrated to ultimate which has more than old jumbo.

Check yr channels, see if u have ultimate, 62+25 channels.

I have Ruby Plus now. However I've just discovered there are many hidden channels not shown in the mosaic page eg. Parliament channel, 750 - 755 Comm Games and many others. How do I get a complete listing?

The history behind where electronics equipment, with proper cooling, is left on 24X7 is each time the equipment is powered on or off there is some stress on the components. For networking gear its safe to say they are designed for 24X7 (unless its a poor design).

The other point is to invest on a good power strip. The generic ones if you open up tend to be of questionable wiring and cheap build quality, raising the risk of electrical shorts etc when run over prolonged periods. At the minimum, get one with build in surge protection (surge is where the gear gets fried) and good build quality.

Just simply go through the channels just now, found out all channels unlocked but didn't count it, and plus a bunch of sport channels I never seen before.

Yes, foxsport and hyppsport is all there, the commonwealth channel is not showing in the guide page but navigate-able through + and -.
These sports thing won't effect me much since not a sport fans, just my parents are used to watch asteruk so the transition is gonna be hard for them.

CS told me this is only valid for two years, after two years I can change plan as there 'may' be better plan.

but his is RYE add rm10 plan, that plan is perpetual discount, no?

Hey guys my package is the rm139 UniFi Advance 30Mbps - RYE 2017

It says there Promo discount rm60 then below says Promo discount PERPETUAL, does it mean I still pay rm139 after the 2 years contract?
