I have Ruby Plus now. However I've just discovered there are many hidden channels not shown in the mosaic page eg. Parliament channel, 750 - 755 Comm Games and many others. How do I get a complete listing?

I was on 30 Mbps plan initially,
later the speed upgraded from 30 to 50 Mbps, lately it was upgraded again to 100 Mbps. So is the contract period started from the initial installation date or reset after each upgrade? No BTU or router were changed with each upgrade. I'm confused as the local TM office told me that it's reset after each upgrade. |
