Yup, TM added Jumbo Lite into my account without my knowledge resulting in me paying for both Jumbo Lite and Ruby packs.
I didn't pay for the jumbo lite charged into my account in the beginning as TM support requested me to wait two months, TM ended up suspending my unifi on second month. So I paid lah mad.gif
I was able to request TM for removal of Jumbo Lite and refund of two months after many reports, phone calls and TMPoint visits.....until the next bill cames with "Early Termination Fee" doh.gif

Got that 'early termination fee' charges cancelled as well.
Overall, it tooks 4 months to get my bill back to normal..... sweat.gif

I see.....So it is TM issue.
I plan to check my unifi hypptv status because many people mentioned their hypptv packages are renamed into other weird name and I KINDA worry TM bombed me again with bill shock puke.gif

Any package I can upgrade for my unifi? Been paying rm159 for 5 mbps(now 10mbps free upgrade 2 years ago?) And my package includes the hypptv which is the most basic I guess? Lately steam movie get buffering here and there so annoying so gotta come here ask about better package lol.

Better raise this matter with TM asap, the refund for sure will take longer time for TM to do it.
Most importantly have case number, do regularly follow-up with them and should be all good, need to be very patient.

I had the same situation - was charge for Wifi router box for RM400 (Technician said free, no charges needed).
Complained to TM and wait for three months to get back full refund.

RM139 for 30Mbps + HyppTV package, need to top-up extra Rm20 if you want voice package (600 minutes).
Goto nearest TMPoint and request to swap to this package.

Thanks a lot brother, hardly uses the phone so I guess not needed to top up rm20. Btw is there anything that I need to bring along? Or just myself and my IC lol

You and your IC is good enough... TM will need fingerprint scan with your IC.

Just callled them, they will get back to me asap. I also request for modem/phone/router changes, I choose the renew contract option, since I just switched to 30mbps last week. Hopping for the best sweat.gif

I've been getting jerky and not smooth viewing experience this few days. If they use different bandwidth, how much is allocated for IPTV?
For those of you who also use it as a media player - can yours play mkv files?

MKV file? If you are refer to the White STB for Unifi TV, I remember it should playable... but need to use 3rd party app.

Assume no change on 30Mbps package...
30Mbps + Unifi TV (Aneka, Ruby, Varnam = worth RM30) ==> RM139 exclude GST.
Get Ultimate (known as Jumbo previously), need to add extra RM30 ==> RM169 (exclude GST), plus GST that would be ~ RM179

Thanks. I'm on their 50Mbps package with their unifi platinum pack since the introduction of unifi (RM230+)and i don't even get the new FOX 401,402, etc channels. They really like to screw up the existing loyal subscribers.

platinum pack... pretty old... meaning u r long time customer.
recently, many got this deal: +rm10/20 to go 50->100mbps.
it comes with jumbo (u give up platinum)... jumbo now has become ultimate which has ALL channels except 2 ala carte.
u definitely need to call to give an earful.
or live chat or visit tmpoint, make noise.
the price u r paying, should be able to get something.
