Live chat, call 100, tmpoint.... they speak different lanaguages, we all know. I called 3 times, visited tmpoint twice to get it. Maybe a bit out of promotion season but they can do it on case by case basis. |

Guys. I have TP-Link Archer c7 (AC1750-V4) and tried to replace the current DIR850L given by TM. The internet all okay but Hypptv - no connection. Already complaint to TM and their guys came over and said this is Tp link problem. Something like Tplink do the update and what not, that's why hypptv cannot be used.
But when I bring along my Tplink router and hypptv box to Tplink store in Lowyat, when they tested it, all okay. So weird. Anyone having the same problem or can give me solutions?

i cant access Unifi's page. when trying to login it just spins there endlessly
