My Unifi 100mbps account transferred owner recently, the discount was not given, instead of RM189 it now became RM389.
Update 1: TM said when account transfer owner, any special promo discount won’t be carried over. Anyone experienced this before? However I was told by TMpoint that I will be paying exactly the same amount.
Update 2: Dropped by TMpoint, was asked to fill up a complaint form. They said from their side, they can only give up to RM150 discount, so to get the full RM200 discount they will need to refer back to their HQ.

Was all the special promo discount transferred/retained as well?

Any news on whether unifi will be doing raya promo for new signup? Missed the RM139 for 30mbps offer..  dont feel like signing up for the RM179 fearing that once i signed up, the next day suddenly there is the raya promo

My June bill is charged with GST from 19/05 to 18/06, but after 1st June GST will become 0% so can I request them to adjust the GST until 30th May or later they will do the adjustment itself or worse case they still charge the GST?

Thanks. No it is not by the period you are billed for. It is the date of the invoice instead. Only invoice issued and dated 1st June onwards will have GST at 0%.

I asked CS before, everything will be transferred including my contract period.

Hi fellow members, would like to ask if anyone had experience with upgrading from 10/20/30/50 Mbps into 100Mbps? Do they need to configure the fibre cable again or all they will do is just alter the speed from their end i should suppose to get 100Mbps?
My current situation is, TM called me mentioning that my 2 years contract from 50Mbps is coming to an end and as a gratitude, they offered me to upgrade my current package into 10Mbps at the price of RM219, then i received a email from TM stating my Unifi package has been successfully processed, but i kept restarting my Huawei HG8240w but still getting 50Mbps.

No need to configure any hardware on your house (cable, btu, router etc), it's just a simple account change on their end. TM will make the chances on their end and send a technician to your location check if the upgrade is successful. If TM haven't send a technician then you can request one for free.
