Unifi TV is down.I thought my setbox have gone kaput..Judging from the post,it is a nationwide issue...Any clarification from TM?

My friend got a call from TM this afternoon asking for upgrade to 100mbps for RM199.
I heard some are paying RM149 for 100mbps  Currently I pay RM179, which I thought quite reasonable. |

Received my new bill today, and contrary to what they told me that I would need to only top up RM20 from my current RM179 for 50Mbps (so new rate should be RM 199 for 100Mbps), the bill charged me RM214.99 instead,
Anyone else had this happen? |
