saw the news on 10x turbo upgrade. but then i wonder for those old condo which do not have fibre cable (i.e. currently using copper and can only support up to 30mpbs or 50mbps), then who shd be responsible for the change of fibre distribution box?
is it the builiding management (i.e. the resident) or TM will do it? |
