Looks like they are making changes to the packages. Jumbo Lite pack was listed earlier but it does not show now. There is Ultimate pack instead of Jumbo.

I saw on the other thread that they have also changed terms about termination. It used to be RM500 for termination penalty fee. Now you have to pay the full price of subscription fee for the remaining month left as the penalty fee.

So I guess if you're under contract and there is some new better package, and they don't let you switch because their system does not allow it (as some users have experienced before), then if you terminate to apply as a new user, maybe you'll have to pay up the remaining subscription also. So no point switching. Maybe in previous promotions for example RM139 30m, maybe many RM179 30M users wanted to switch. But now there will be not much point switching.

This is probably why they have put the discount in the Internet part. For example RM189 100M can show as RM299 - RM200 discount = RM99. The penalty fee is based on RM299, not RM99.

and no more jumbo now become Ultimate pack? But I am on Jumbo don't have same package as Ultimate.

Have you tried the new Channel listed on ultimate whether you can watch?

It should auto migrate as the price is the same

as of today, jumbo is not = ultimate.

but from history, we know unifi is highly capable of all kinds of variations.

like in 2015, they stopped mega and platinum packs.

but never migrated them to new ones.

so, they stayed on... maybe even until now.

Hello guys, I have few questions. I'm renting an appt @wangsa maju.
1) I don't have any subscription yet. When browsing through Unifi.com the advance plan 30Mbps is so mahal RM179 but some ppl is paying RM138 only. So is this package fix if I go to TM or i can get better offer if i go to any booth/agents?
2) Lite plan is cheaper at RM129/month but w/o HyppTV. Is this recommended?
3) What if I want to move out to other house? Is the subscription is under my name or house owner?

1)now is RM139 30Mbps,maybe u can wait until April 1 TM will out new package?
2)if you home dont have astro,and you old family want watch TV,take the rm139,Lite plan is no use because now one people use the internet see live movie HD almost use all 10Mbps ald,just add RM10 and u get the STB box is nice(30Mb plan gave about 55Mb bandwidth download so you use STB box see HD channel without use your own internet speed )

What is STB box basically? Watching HD channel offered by HyppTV or use the STB as an android box?

Maybe now you need go TM ask ald,now you pay RM159,bUT rm139 dont have jumbo pack,if want upgrade to jumbo pay RM169 per month become for new customer..if say TM gave you discount RM30 you become RM129 only    TM imposible gave reduced price
