Web gui? Any link? So if we change the DNS on the modem it won't slow down the speed?

if i remember well...

using Hmanager on phone....login to Router..
Try select 3G...then Auto..then back 4G

somehow it will turn blue light and Presto...you can surf now.

Thanks for the trick.. Will mark it down.
BTW, I called the CS, CS did a network reset but still not working. After a few hours, the network recovered.

I'm facing weird problems on celcom broadband previously. 1st time is Youtube not accessible at all while no problem for others. 2nd time is on the Shopee apps where the images can't load at all. For both incidents, I just try to restart the modem then everything back to normal. Not sure what's the problem also. tongue.gif

You said restart means off and on the modem or reset it?

I used the huawei hilink apps where there is an option to reboot the modem. Or you can just as simple as turn off the modem, wait for 5 to 10 seconds then turn it on again.

I call celcom center, they said it is bcoz of too many users in my area, now they said they are doing some upgrades. But the thing is, they dont know how long it takes. Sigh.

My line was off a few times for about 10 minutes each time since yesterday. Gosh...I can't afford to go off line as I'm doing trading and every minutes/second counts

The speed is so slow until the line disconnected by itself. What happen to Celcom? mad.gif

If they don't do some serious improvement/upgrade I reckon within 2 years the line gonna get congested and slow down and even no signal would happen like most wireless broadband.

Hope they improve the service rendered to their customer. This situation is unaccepted at all.

here is the funny things, when im in my area, the celcom line was really bad. thats include my phone line as well.

but when im at my work place, i get full lte speed.

even now to load this lowyat page it tooks some time.

The line is so unstable and out of sudden disconnected from the network. Really bad since yesterday evening. Not sure what is going on despite asking them to do reset of the network. But result still the same.

I experience this since few days ago. At least disconnect once a day each time for few minutes. I wonder is this very common for wireless broadband
