Just subscribed Celcom home internet 70 plan yesterday. Realized that the modem is simlocked now. Anyone managed to unlock it so far?

Another thing is, Celcom didn't provides convenient way to check internet usage. I tried the Celcom Life app, forever can't get the SMS for registration. Today I made another testing, to use my current Celcom postpaid number to register. I managed to login, and I can change the service number to my home internet number inside the app. But.... The app shows my balance as 0. Something's wrong with the apps I think.

I'm facing weird problems on celcom broadband previously. 1st time is Youtube not accessible at all while no problem for others. 2nd time is on the Shopee apps where the images can't load at all. For both incidents, I just try to restart the modem then everything back to normal. Not sure what's the problem also. tongue.gif

You said restart means off and on the modem or reset it?

I used the huawei hilink apps where there is an option to reboot the modem. Or you can just as simple as turn off the modem, wait for 5 to 10 seconds then turn it on again.
