Hi all, may I check after signed up the package, will the wireless broadband kit available on the spot or still need to wait them give us a call before able to collect it? All the Celcom Blue Cube Outlet got stockpile this router? I don't want to move here and there just to done the entire process. Thank you.

Damn, the Youtube loading speed is capped at 480p and sometimes it will stopped for a while before reload it again. While others websites not under VideoWalla link is working smoothly. Why they do that? It supposed to be smooth video buffering since it is under 4G LTE with full reception bar. Those who subscribed to Wireless Platinum package, did you guys encounter this issue as well? I do the speedtest, can easily reached 60mbps ++ in my residence area.

I managed to get 80mbps in my residential area today. But the Youtube streaming really disappointed as the resolution can dropped to 240p despite having great speed for other websites. Anyone knows how to bypass this Video Walla as Celcom is not sincere enough to provide normal fibre speed to their end users when it comes to watching movies using the apps categories under Video Walla. On top of that, is there anyone know how to check the usage for Video Walla as Celcom Online Service only shown the normal usage for Internet but not for Video Walla? No point to upgrade to 1TB platinum package if this issue not able to resolve it to the satisfactory level.

Yes. Especially to those websites such as Facebook, Youtube and those which are not created locally. Had been monitor the situation become worst.

This morning I had reported the issue to Celcom Customer Care Service and they assist me to reset the network slowness issue from their end and now everything including the Youtube rendering speed back to normal (able to play 720p and 1080p videos without any lagged). smile.gif

Just call the number you mention earlier and give them your registered Celcom sim card number (broadband) and ask them to do the reset for you.

I don't really trust his info because what he told me isn't stated in the TnC. Moreover I'm the first person to subscribe to this plan from that particular Blue Cube outlet. Might be the first in Kuching too, haha.  biggrin.gif

Hi all, anyone having problem to update Adobe Reader DC or access Adobe website? Seems like Huawei B618 router had blocked the access to this website. Anyone know how to add this website to exception list in order for us to access the website? Thank you.

Celcom Online Service website only show the conventional 150GB quota. For video walla quota checking, you may need to download the Celcom Postpaid apps as suggested by Celcom personnel or can call their hotline to ask for the quota balance as at today. I had downloaded the Celcom postpaid apps but is pretty useless as the page can't load properly with blank screen show in my smartphone.

Hi all, anyone realized why the Celcom Online Service stated the billing date is different from the registration date that we subscribed the package? Isn't that it supposed to be tally with our date of registering the package? confused.gif

Should be within two hours from the registered date and time. Try to bring your entire device back to Celcom to get a replacement sim if unable to establish a connection. My subscription for first time before left the Celcom Cube Centre also encounter such issue and immediately they replaced a new sim for me. Problem solved.

It applied new Celcom network line that totally different from your existing Celcom mobile line. The speed approx reached 50 to 100++ mbps subject to reception condition.

Guys, do take note of scam website that mimic Celcom Online Service Login Page - http://www.celcom.com.my/servicecenter/fac...e%3D4dk266cm8_4

This website is not secure without https:// - anyone can assist to report it to Celcom careline or liaise with them through Celcom messenger service to let them know this issue. Thank you.

Not at all. Full HD in 1080p still smooth and steady. Nothing happen so far.

Yesterday I called them and reported this issue. They said this is something to do with the phone setting. I told them this is home wireless broadband which installed at home and for my understanding they are using different network configuration if compared with conventional postpaid network. They said will check and subsequently no update or feedback to us.

Not at all. Subjected to your preference. Auto billing can give you 5% discount on top of the package.
