Download Wechat for Windows on your PC... you will be able to accept it from there

I have an old account which was frozen by wechat after a few years of inactivity. I have tried a few times asking my friends to reactivate it but failed. What you need to do is just use your facebook to open a new wechat account with the same phone number but don't link to the old account. It works for me

So download the app from windows and not using the browser right?

Update: Tried and it says "Red packet received. View on phone". 😞 Looks like once I'm done with my balance in the wallet, that's it.

I tried to top up wechat wallet but the transaction failed due to '3ds verification failed' do anyone have experience this error? I tried with different card but same thing happen. Tried to report error to wechat. But the report cannot be send.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have no issue using Wechat Pay with debit card.

I tried link and unlink the same care. I even tried with other cards. It doesn't work. This is the error that comes out.

I tried to send the report through wechat feedback but after I click submit, nothing happens.

Even clicking submit after a few times. It stays on the feedback page.

could it be due to your phone problem?
if possible, maybe try log in to your wechat from the people around you, and see if you can send your feedback using their phone?

Let's say someone paid me RMB to my wechat account. Mine is wechatpay Malaysia. Can I use the RMB in my wechat account to pay for stuffs in Malaysia?

You cannot even receive RMB with your WeChat Pay Malaysia wallet.
