For China wallet, I leave my money there as I will need to use it anyway when I'm in China.

Which wallet? China wallet? Yes. Provided I have a China card which I don't have for now but limit only RMB 1k per lifetime. After that will collect 0.1% service charge.

Yes, it's a good reminder. Starbucks always starts preparing the drinks even before you complete the payment. Wechat payment could take some time. Sometimes when there is any problem with the scanning, I'll be thinking if I will end up paying with other modes of payment. Luckily so far, upon retrying, it worked. Whew....

Bought two times Starbucks last weekend using Wechat Pay: -

First time bought using the RM5 coupon shared by kclamtarc, and get RM1.60 shake bonus coupon.

Second time bought using the RM1.60 shake bonus coupon, get RM3.60 shake bonus coupon.

Their bonus shake coupon only valid for 7 days, too short for me...

I get 3.6 for the second time

My colleague already spent Starbucks RM 5 and got shake reward then used the shake reward to buy Starbucks just now. Mana tau, she got the initial RM 5 Starbucks voucher again.. What's going on?

Not shake reward. She got back the first voucher, she showed me just now.

Used the RM3.60 and got shake reward RM0.01. 1 sen?!

Maybe 1 cent is better than 0 in their opinion.
