Have you tried re-login?

In the Wallet, try looking for the four square thing or check three dots to see if there's any possible option to change the region.

Otherwise, you'll have to wait for a bit.

For those able to switch to WeChat Pay Malaysia, may I know if you have tied your account with your mobile no.?

I don't tie to any mobile no., not sure if that affects.

v6.6.7 is available in in-app update but it doesnt solve the issue

not to forget. Location must be set to Malaysia too.

I have both RMB and RM wallet now and managed to top up successfully.

Only debit cards are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted for RM wallet.

Took me a while to make the "Switch wallet" option to appear. I had to change my language from Auto to English and the RM wallet was activated.

Saw the wallet but unable to change region to Malaysia

My wechat still don have malaysia wallet.. n I also need to search wallet only got wallet feature, but only china wallet.. don have change region option also..

I sent another message to WeChat Pay MY since they replied me earlier will be ready on 11th.

They just replied me:

Dear valued Customer

Kindly be informed that you can access to WeChat Wallet within these 2 weeks.

Actually where is the merchant accept WeChat pay ?

Anyone using these e wallets maybe should open a thread here to push more awareness for these e wallets.

That's not a fair comparison, the former is officially launched while the latter isn't.

Also, Razer Pay has tons of issues for the time being.
