My WechatPay has 0.88 balance and the rm6.80 coupon. My spouse's WechatPay has a balance of rm3.88. I dont intend to topup. How to combine these amounts so that I can use up rm10 to mobile topup? Can't find send money feature.

First, you can't send the voucher to anyone, that RM 6.80 is a voucher and not credited to your balance. Second, you can send but she can't receive it until she verifies her account.
