Related to the above ruling, I believe it is a request from BNM. Just like WeChat Pay China also requires verification. This voucher is just a token for verifying identity, I supposed.
Using the wallet is still the same like previously.

You did scroll through your moments? It may not exactly be at the top, so you may have to keep scrolling and search for the ad.
