The older ones at Impian, especially impian 2-5 or something like that seems to be less popular. Even the agents warn me about cracks due to some land/sand/sinking issue, whatever.. did not confirm it also.
The impians ones are cheaper, 20x70 are like around 500+k, got one unit 30x65 asking 550k only. But these are the older ones la.
You just use your GPS and drive there la, very nice area, lotsa amenities and the roads are wide and well planned.
In my opinion, its a nice place to stay
The agents were telling me rental there barely 1-1.5k/mnth only..

I am buying to stay, need to be near chinese schools and amenities. Currently staying in kelana jaya and intend to send eldest kid to Chinese secondary school while younger ones are in Chinese primary schools.
Thanks for the info, I used GPS to spend 3-4 hours in setia alam area and bukit raja area.
I first visited PKNS area as I read that it is quite new and I liked Anjung Sari. Saw all the Ayu type houses but only like the fascade of Ayu Prima, they have several gardens around Ayu area. But when I saw setia indah and compared both asking price, Ayu Prima asking for RM 650k I preferred Setia Indah.
With the original price, I feel more confident to nego after getting bank valuation.
At Bukit Raja sales galley, even sime sales person said setia alam got sinking problem...when I pushed that both land are palm oil land, she responded that sime houses did not have problem as they have good foundation but not SP Setia, at least she said only setia Impian early phases have such problem from wat she heard
