probably you read another response from forum in this thread.the project sounds like name is Ayu++develope by PKNS

it name anjung sari or ayu series types...their price is within 50k price cheaper than spsetia..accessibility might not that great.

you cant compare series by series..cant the two developer launch at the same time ?  probably look at the take up rate is one of the indicator..

if you manage to get exact launhing date from this two developer,
pls share..
