also not getting 10% cashback this month for UOB one platinium. Call cs and they said one of my transaction which is Spay global is excluded from minimum spend which made my monthly minimum retail spend less than RM1500. Spay (saraway pay) is excluded from minimum spend? Is FPX transaction excluded also from minimum spend?

I think spayglobal is govt.

All the while Spayglobal aka SarawakPay is owned and shake reward is funded by Sarawak Government. So MCC9399 ya.

spayglobal fka sarawak pay, is Sarawak's state-owned eWallet/Fintech mobile app platform

while the bank/acquierer still can assign ewallet MCC, but since it's state-owned rather than private, it's more relevant to classify it as Govt MCC instead

Hello want to ask uob world card eligible spend 1 year cycle how to calculate? My card expiry on March 2028, Statement date on 18th every month, my eligible spend rm48k is from 1/3/25 to 28/2/26?
And the eligible spend for rm48k, if spend towards lazada shopee, utility such as insurance, electricity, mobile postpaid, unifi, does it count towards the rm48k spending?
