Cashback calculation messed up 🤦♂️

Any one manage to get loyalty cashback to offset SST this year?
Last year I got it though but not after 2 CS reviewed my request and mention that it is given on case by case basis when I said my friend got it why I can’t get |

Just had a look at UOB ONE tnc on the cashback when I notice so many ewallet topup didn’t get any cashback 😢
