I read somewhere in Facebook, 8x is shared. But when I call UOB CS, was told each of the cards holder have 8x. I even double confirm with the CS. But shared is make sense, never know maybe it is separated quota like what CS said?

Hello, I've just called UOB customer service for AF + SST Waiver.

For AF, 100% waivable.
For SST, customer service said he has raised a waiver request, which they will send to Bank Negara for review. Applicant will receive SMS (5 working days) whether the SST waiver request is approved/rejected.
First time hearing SST waiver request will be sent over to Bank Negara. Is this true? 
Any sifu here can shed light on this 

I've been asking UOB for SST waiver/rebate for SST 3 weeks back and until now still no news/not approved yet despite calling them few times

Anyone has problem getting SST waiver recently?

Anyone tried cancelling the debit card? I do not need debit card to link with my UOB account, but they force it during signup. I don't want to pay RM8 per year

Just need to call them to request for waiver. You don’t get it automatically.

Hi can’t really find the recent feedback on UOB SST rebate?

Since migrate from Citi this is the first SST charged to my card. Is it possible or try and error now to get rebate/loyalty cashback like Citi previously? It’s UOB One card, if that’s important to know.

Happened to me, they called after few weeks. Offer new card  after i told them I already cut the card and rm75 cash back
