Hi. Anyone having issue with with UOB pay for Citibank card ?
I managed to add into UOB Pay, but transaction failed.

I swear UOB is really messing up this migration.

I reloaded rm500 to my grab just now and did not get any reward.

I'm assuming something is wrong with their system, look at the OTP I received

RM0 OTP is gDrm-06xxx3 for online trx for UOB card ending xxxx for MYR500.00 @ Grab* on 16/08 16:00PM. OTP expiry 17/08 00:03AM MY time.

I previously charged all my petrol spending onto my UOB One card, which only gets like up to RM10 CB. My usual is around RM300 ish, so it's pretty easy to hit the minimum retail spend of RM500.

Last month, I moved a portion of my petrol spending away from my UOB One and only did RM 120 ish, so I'm a little short to hit retail spend, but still managed to fulfil it by topping up the difference to Boost.

On my statement date, the CB wasn't given, so I waited for statement only to find that they gave me CB as if I didn't hit minimum retail spend despite saying that I did.

Thought they got their shit together after the Citi migration. Gonna give them a call about this later but if anyone had similar experience can share their outcome, that would be great.

how would our experience be relevant? the cash back u get will be based on your spending instead of others

highest effective cash back for small spender (dining, grocery, petrol which are likely to be the everyday spendings)
should probably look for other cards if u need to spend RM 1,000 in grocery, etc

edit: sorry, the highest should be HL wise, but limited to weekend & subject to annual fee

Cant recall UOB has any "grace period" of extra day (Maybank has this 3 days) after statement due date but that day i missed up payment because i slept d after playing with my son

Has anyone used UOB Pay with digitized UOB credit card successfully ?
No matter which terminal I tap, always error.. no matter local or foreign.

I applied thru ringgitplus but unfortunately application declined by UOB Bank due to newly joined company this month. Sigh have to wait for 3 months.
