If your cancellation is more than 12 months, then you will be considered new-to-bank and get the sign up gift.

How to differentiate online spend and ewallet?

1. Is pay directly using credit card in shopee and lazada consider online spend?
2. Top up to lazada wallet or shopeepay consider ewallet spend? Or just online spend also?
3. Bigpay, Boost, Grab Tng all consider eligible ewallet for CB?
4. Amazon, Aliexpress, Taobao, wechatpay is online spend?

yes to certain extend, like some campaigns and lazada/shopee discount codes, now they are common for both uob and citi cards

I just apply for UOB credit card through Ringgitplus yesterday and found out their sign up gift T&C dint mention any citibank. And just now the agent call me and told me that citibank is citibank, uob is uob and I am eligible for sign up gift as long as I dint hold any UOB card. Let see I would get any sign up gift later as I just cancel my citibank card few month ago. LMAO

Monthly minimum retail spend to get the 10% cashback.

also not getting 10% cashback this month for UOB one platinium. Call cs and they said one of my transaction which is Spay global is excluded from minimum spend which made my monthly minimum retail spend less than RM1500. Spay (saraway pay) is excluded from minimum spend? Is FPX transaction excluded also from minimum spend?

incorrect for "ewallet belong to govt"

spayglobal fka sarawak pay, is Sarawak's state-owned eWallet/Fintech mobile app platform

while the bank/acquierer still can assign ewallet MCC, but since it's state-owned rather than private, it's more relevant to classify it as Govt MCC instead

Alright, how about the FPx transaction? is FPX belong to Transactions via Personal Internet Banking (“PIB”)?

the UOB ONE Card.
