Got my CB too for Jompay & insurance premium.. also found out I forget to pay my May statement due on 14.Jun and kena late payment charge RM10 Quickly make payment and called CS to request waiver for the late payment and she said OK

curious: yolo cb credited, i noticed min payment for latest statement reduced.

would it be safe to treat cb as payment? by due date, i settle statement balance minus cb credited today?

1) quota finished? when was it transacted?
2) can call uob and ask for specifics. e.g. MCC or transaction mode, etc

utilities for you may not be technically classified as utilities from payment gateway. card/bank doesn't know what you're paying. the system only know what transaction coming thru.

Transaction date is 1 May, guess need to call to check.. coz my June txn also got payment to SAINS water bill. N I’ve no issue getting cashback for using PBVS to pay SAINS water bill

I paid my sains bill using their portal becuz it cant be paid by jompay. Didnt get the rebate as well. Even my tnb i pay using jompay in uob website also didnt get. The rest are tally. Latest transaction is on 14/5 lazada.

I also pay via sains portal.. so, it seem they classified it as government bill.. but for TNB via Jompay, I’ve no issue getting cashback, when is ur txn for TNB?

This is a good news. Few rare insurance companies that can get cashback.

I personally tried it myself probably a year back or more back, couldn't get rebate from the travel insurance.

Roughly around 10/5. Because I minis out those online shopping transactions, the numbers are tally. Btw, i got few transaction I made on 1/6 but fall on 31/5 since the merchant clock is delayed, and I called UOB and they have no way to make it back to 1/6. Those 31/5 transaction didnt get CB for this month (quota finished)

There is no need to do transactions in d morning of d 1st day of the month to qualify for the CB.

looks like the well is quite dry for yolo cashback past few months
spent at least 1.2k on dining + online (more than 10 swipes a month) but CB came back MYR 6 - 9 only
