Still waiting for Jan's cash back. Based on previous experience, Feb month took longer time to credit compared to other months.

I think others are also affected. Does anybody have any B&W that anything before 4th should follow old policy? Kindly share again. I give them until this Friday probably and if still not credited, I will shoot an email to them and escalate.

In conclusion, if you spent just exclusively before 5th Jan, you will not get cash back.

If you spent before 5th and combined with minimum swipes after 5th, you will get cash back even for transactions incurred before 5th Jan.

Who else in first situation? Looks like we need to complain. Damn it, if I know I will drag some payments to 5th.

This time it will not come, I don't think it will. We will have to complain, however yesterday cybpsych compiled some responses from UOB, there are mixed feedback. Some said entitled, some said not entitled.

I received another email, and now it reads as below:

"Thank you for your reply.



We wish to inform that the crediting of the cash back is normally done within the next statement cycle.



In this regard, we would appreciate if you could monitor your coming March statement and revert to us if the cash back is not credited accordingly."

Well, my statement date is on 12th, I can wait and don't mess with me, or I get BNM in.

Add-on: I replied back and quoted this phrase from their T&C: "The monthly Cash Back earned in a calendar month will be credited to the Cardmember’s Card account by the last day of the following month."

Let's see what they are going to reply me now.
