I saw somewhere, Lazada needs to try after 8.00 a.m. to be considered same day else it will fall on previous day.

Call to UOB to ask about the SAINS transaction.. the MCC is 9399..
So, they treat SAINS water bill as government payment instead of Utilities according to the MCC code |
