if u ask me, compare to 27 peers, is generally OK. but dont stop there, keep pushing yourself. jump if u have to , and if u are looking for better pay

I think your insurance and property can co-exist, just do some part time for property and slowly divert your attention to property.  When you sell property, you get to know the buyer better, at the same time might be able to intro some new insurance to the buyer, 1 stone 2 bird.

Im working inside insurance office, not insurance agent.

Did you build dashboard using BI tools or implement predictive model using R or python ? I have a friend right now gotten 3.9k for fresh grad with similar job scope as yours but with added BI tools and predictive modelling.

BI is very much sought after these days, especially when businesses start shifting to digital and rely on market data heavily.

My job role is BI as well and yes I can confirm that it’s on the hype train right now

Should be UOB as OCBC will not give 16% EPF off the bat, plus OCBC have a 13th month salary.

Do you need strong technical background to do this job? I am more towards the functional side and I am wondering if I can make the switch.
