I think the folks here would find it tough to share because it also depends on your coding experience, where have you worked before and what have you worked on.

What does MSA mean ? Malaysia ?

If you choose SGD where will it be bank-ed in ? Directly to your Malaysia bank acc ?
*
MSA=Malaysia

That is quite tricky. If I opt SGD, I will need to open a SG bank acc.
From my googling, u can open CIMB Singapore acc online as it's difficult to travel now. But need to park 1000SGD. I haven't done it though

I don't think so, simply because I am not based in Singapore and am under a contractor agreement.

Hmmmm my employer said I need to pay Singapore tax , but no need to pay Malaysia tax. Did asked around people working at Singapore (Malaysian) , they only pay tax to Singapore govt annually. Then declare zero income at Malaysia LHDN.

banking, delivering wide range of projects as per business needs, typical project management stuff. Hence, not specialize in anything other than project management.

around 14k, i am not senior though. But giving me the anxiety that I do not have room to grow and specialize in nothing.
At my current bank, i move from project to project very quickly (sometimes may even be different line of business, example: from credit card to call centre, etc).
Just focus on delivery and stakeholders management, product knowledge is secondary for my current role.

I had been rated highly at my current bank for my project management and stakeholders management skill.
However, I had been attending a few interviews, and the interviewer expressed that I am being paid highly yet not a subject matter expect in any product, which is the source of my fear for my career.

Who do you report to? Head of PMO?

Honestly, ur pay is considered on the mid-senior level already. In big banks, probably higher end of mid but in smaller banks, considered senior. Ur rank may not be, and that is likely a product of ur performance and ur boss takes a liking to u.

If I remember, u are also young right? Can take time to switch laterally, but likely need to stagnate at current level for a bit

we have an entire dept (transformation team) of project manager/business analyst. Technically speaking, my rank should be around AVP for easier understanding.
I am not young ar...around 35 soon, hence needs to find a way out to grow myself into a specialist, someone with product knowledge and can provide advice and suggestion.
At my current environment, we aren't empowered to do that, other than just deliver whatever is required and complete all documentations, just like PMO.

Ringgit. Spot bonuses are in USD before being converted. Used to have some other bonuses denominated in USD as well. Hoping will see a big rise in 22/23 due to some coming positive changes. Hanging on for a while more. Might try to push for promotion next year.

35 is still young, not even half way into ur career.

Ur pay is definitely not AVP pay (I have seen AVP with close to ur pay before, but those have been stuck at AVP for a long time, and I don't think u want to compare to them), more like VP pay (what most banks call VP anyway). Trust me, some of the directors also around ur pay only.

Also, this is the first I heard, pay increased 3 times in a year? How does that work?

yearly increment, promotion adjustment, and another special increment based on performance (only given out due to covid situation)

i am just afraid of my marketable value as I don't feel my skill or knowledge is unique enough to say "if u never learn this, u will never know how to do it" type. Which make me very easily replaceable due to what i have now is general skillset that any tom dick harry can do
