Can, am using it with the original Apple USB C to Lightning cable. 25% to 90% in one hour.

I experienced the same before!!!! doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif My phone cant turn on for several days, and i already lodged report to Apple Customer Service Online. They advised me to take it to the nearest AASP to have a check, but after few days, the phone revived shakehead.gif

i sold one unbox unit also like this. He can't turn on and blaming me for the unit.
Then later he is able to turn on after let his friend who open phone shop do that for him.

suspecting kind of bug, but thing is this unit has not been even activated sweat.gif

Update after back from Machines@curve. Pre diagnose by the technician my ipx was totally broken i.e screen, board etc etc. I was like wtf??? Luckily my phone rosak under warranty period!

No root cause yet, the phone need to be send to apple for full diagnose & repair. No guarantee to get new unit.

No drop no water no nothing. He said if black screen only, then computer can detect the board. But the computer show nothing, meaning the board also rosak.

Btw sorry for my bad english, broken i meant is ROSAK, not PECAH.

Defective product will happen during manufacturing.
So don't be too worried if a few minority cases of defects are reported
This reminded me of my ex boss brand new RM800k S Class - it broke down in 2 weeks. Does this means Mercedes had poor QC ??
As long as a human effort is in the manufacturing process , there is always a possibility of defect arising. Only sampling inspection are done at various stages
That is when warranty coverage come in on cases of defects found
