So my rm5k++ phone just DIE this morning. 3 months old only. Left it for bed last night with no problem or any abnormal sign. IOS 11.2.5.

Any recommendation where to waranty claim (fast & free hassle)? Tq.

try hard reset first. sometime just software issue.

I dunno. Woke up this morning, no alarm ringing. I tot battery out (but last battery was 30%). Plug in charger, phone still not on as usual. Now trying do hard/force restart. 3 attemps and still cannot ON.

Last time I mentioned that when 3D touch and search contact it overlapped. So I avoid this and use swipe down search. But now noticed even happened to Whatsapp. Anyone with same bug?

Struggling tu use it during nightime, inducing heavy dizziness

I guess it affects certain people only smile.gif
I had no problems with the display of my previous 7+, and what I found out online, the PWM backlight controls might be the culprit.
