QUOTE(attw @ Feb 11 2018, 08:48 AM) Point to opposite direction? But once you start moving then it should adjust back quickly right? Funny thing is I was already moving/driving at constant speed, suddenly like signal loss, like the gps needs to re-lock on again, then point towards reverse direction. Lol. Happened many times, until I got fed up & just live with it. This post has been edited by fx9: Feb 11 2018, 11:14 AM

Phone gets very hot while fast charging, as in really really hot. Freak out, quickly unplug & dare not to try again. Haha

QUOTE(666devil @ Feb 12 2018, 11:49 PM) Using pa-y11 and ori Apple usb c - lightning cable. No such issue fast charging. it's not really an issue per se, but I am not comfortable with the heat. but the power draw is over 28W at times y11 is PD2.0, y10 is PD3.0, minor difference.

QUOTE(666devil @ Feb 13 2018, 05:59 AM) Not true. โ-Dual 3.0 Technologies: USB-C port with up to 30W Power Delivery 3.0 efficiently charges compatible devices faster. Additional 18W Quick Charge 3.0 port charges compatible devices up to 4 times faster than conventional chargingโ Source> https://www.aukey.life/products/pa-y11-pd-q...lightning-cableAnd itโs cheaper than y-10 P/s: it now comes bundled with usb c - lightning cable. Hmm https://www.aukey.com/products/amp-pd-usb-c...-charger-pa-y11says PD2.0 Nevermind. Using normal charger at overnight, if I need a power boost over short time, only use PD ba

QUOTE(attw @ Feb 15 2018, 08:28 AM) Gosh, I have no idea that was the case. Ha ha ha! Ahh, OK, now I get it. Still thinking of getting one since my old iPad charger (10W and not 12W) takes close to two hours to charge my iPhone X from 40% to 100%. Unbearably slow. But I think I read somewhere that even with this USB C PD charger, the improvement won't be too drastic. PD charging is fast, really fast.

QUOTE(Criollo @ Feb 21 2018, 02:49 PM) The funny thing is i experienced this the first time using waze last week, missed my turning and the first thought that went through my head was... "oh this is what they were talking about in lowyat" miss turn is normal, my waze was pointing in opposite direction ๐ Never had this issue even on my old iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 & iPhone 6.

QUOTE(attw @ Mar 6 2018, 08:33 AM) Ya good point. My first iPhone was the iPhone 4, and before that I was oblivious to how much a good Apple phone case would cost having only ever used naked Nokia phones and some other dodgy Windows PDA phones before that, ha ha... I remember going "What? 90 bucks for a case?" Luckily back then, there was antennagate, and Apple gave a free case so I chose a Speck one, which was nice. Their 15 minutes in the spotlight, ha ha ha... Blame apple for starting the trend of glass phones with iphone4

QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Mar 7 2018, 08:28 PM) Guys, just wondering, which cloud storage did u use to store your pictures? Currently I'm using Google Photos but it's limited to only 15GB for original size quality. I'm planning to try flickr since it offer massive 1TB for free. Any of u use flickr for backup? How was it? I am using google drive. If you select compressed photos option, the storage is unlimited (for photos only). Photos will not counted into your 15gb quota.
